The Kiwanis Club of Fort Lee brings together local leaders, educators, parents, and volunteers committed to serving children and families in our community.
Suzanne Elkhechen
PresidentSuzanne Elkhechen is a World Language teacher at Fort Lee High School and a dedicated advocate for student leadership and community service. She serves as faculty advisor for the school’s Debate Club and Key Club, mentoring students in civic engagement and volunteerism. As a founding member and President of the Kiwanis Club of Fort Lee, Suzanne works to expand opportunities for youth in the community and strengthen service partnerships between local schools, families, and civic organizations.
Councilman Peter J. Suh
TreasurerPeter J. Suh is a lifelong Fort Lee resident and a member of the Fort Lee Borough Council. A graduate of Fort Lee High School, Peter has long been active in the community and previously served six years on the Fort Lee Board of Education, including as Vice President and chair of the Finance and Technology committees. A strong supporter of youth sports, arts, and education, Peter is proud to be raising his children in the same community where he grew up. As a founding member of the Kiwanis Club of Fort Lee and its Treasurer, he helps guide the club’s financial stewardship while supporting programs that benefit children and families throughout the borough.
Angelica Diaz
SecretaryAngelica Diaz is the Property Manager at Linwood Park Apartments, overseeing 26 buildings—essentially managing a small town in Fort Lee. With 19 years of experience in the industry, she is passionate about her work and bringing positive changes across all aspects of property management.
Angelica leads a team of 38 employees who have been serving the Fort Lee community for over 25 years. She has a deep love for the town and is dedicated to serving the community, helping kids grow and develop in many areas, and making a meaningful impact through teamwork.
A devoted mother to a 16-year-old daughter at Fort Lee High School, Angelica is also active in volunteering and works closely with Fort Lee town officials. She is delighted to join Kiwanis, believing in the importance of parent involvement in the community, and is excited to collaborate with the team to accomplish great things for the community.
Dilenny Roca
Board MemberDiLenny Roca lives in Fort Lee since 2000 with her husband, their two teenagers, Matthew and BB, and their dogs, Leo and Oreo. Her commitment to service, safety and public health makes her an asset to the Kiwanis mission of improving the world one child and one community at a time. She brings over two decades of expertise in public health, safety advocacy, and organizational management. She is passionate about supporting community development, coalition building and creating safe spaces for families to thrive. She works nationally as an injury prevention researcher, and safety advocate. Locally she is a member of a new initiative in town called the Mayor’s Active Transportation Advisory Committee (MATAC) and is a dedicated "Booster Mom" for both the Fort Lee High School Theater and award-winning Fort Lee High School Band.
Roger An
President-Elect & CubmasterRoger An is a lifelong resident of Fort Lee and a parent committed to building strong opportunities for local youth. He serves as Cubmaster of Fort Lee Kiwanis Pack 99, where he leads hands-on adventures that bring kids and families together through outdoor activities, service projects, and creative learning experiences.
Roger is a video producer, visual effects artist, and multimedia storyteller with over 20 years of experience creating content for major brands including HBO, Nike, Cartoon Network, and the New York Yankees. His work focuses on making complex ideas clear and engaging through film, design, and storytelling.
As President-Elect of the Kiwanis Club of Fort Lee, Roger brings that same creative and collaborative approach to the club’s work, helping design programs, events, and communications that inspire young people to learn, serve, and grow in confidence.
Jeffrey Ware
Board MemberJeffrey Ware is Executive Director of the Fort Lee Regional Chamber of Commerce and a longtime advocate for youth and community development. He also serves as Volunteer District Administrator for New Jersey District 6 Little League, overseeing 12 leagues across 17 communities.
With decades of experience spanning youth programs, nonprofit collaboration, and local business leadership, Jeffrey plays a key role in strengthening partnerships and expanding opportunities for families across the region.
Ana Di Carlo
Committee-Lead: Social Media Manager & Event CoordinatorAna Di Carlo is a dedicated community volunteer with the Kiwanis Club of Fort Lee, where she supports youth-focused initiatives and helps coordinate events that bring families together. Her work centers on creating engaging, inclusive experiences that strengthen connections across the community.
Ana is committed to supporting programs that provide positive opportunities for children and foster a strong sense of belonging for local families.
